As an outside investment enterprise invited by Huangshan Commercial Bureau, Qiyuan Plastic Pipes & Valves Co., Ltd. is the first manufacturer entering the New Town of Huangshan City under grand construction approved with the document (No. 2005-57) issued by Huangshan Municipal Government. Huangshan City, hometown of the traditional Hui Merchants in the Ming and Qing dynasties, which lies in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle, enjoys its exceptional regional superiority as a key position linking the east, west, south and north of China, with its rich human resources and power resources.
Our company has made a requisition of around 270-are land in the first phase of the project, which has been worked out for constructions of 23,000M2 including workshops, warehouses, offices and others, meanwhile, for installation of more than 60 plastic jetting-molding machines, 15 extruding assembly lines and more than 500 plastic moulds step by step. All the products will be specializedly made in accordance with the national GB standard and ISO standard, such as various PVC-U valves covering a scope with dias. from 1/2″ to 12″, PVC-U feed pipes and the fittings from 1/2″ to 16″, PVC-U drain pipes and the fittings from 6″ to 16″, PVC-U exhauster pipes and the fittings from 6″ to 16″, PP taps form 1/2″ to 3/4″, and some other plastic (i.e. HDPE and PP-R) pipes and valves.
There are different colors as grey, white and blue, and two units of measurement as the metric system and the British system for choice in our PVC-U products, which has been applied with organotin stabilizers and nanotechnology for the pipe inwalls to ensure up to meet the national hygienic standard for drinking water and against environmental pollution, and to embody fully the perfect advantage of environment-friendly building materials. They are widely used in water supply projects, landscaping, water treatment works, swimming pools & saunas, aquarium projects, drainage works for construction, public sewage works, ventilation facilities in workshops, chemical engineering, shaft-sinking projects, brine works, paper-making industry, brewing works, electroplating engineering, mine fields, expressway construction, golf course projects, mariculture farms, and other circles at home and abroad.
